Built in the 1980s, this home features a brick facade and traditional detailing. Our brief was targeted renovations for sale, focusing on the bathrooms, improving their layout and upgrading finishes to create a more luxurious feel, while making smart, practical choices aligned with our client’s goals.
With a generous footprint and a premium location, it was important that the interior renovations both complemented and elevated the existing character of the property. Our client’s love of brass fittings and marble guided the material direction, bringing warmth, depth, and a sense of understated luxury to the bathrooms.
Engineered stone-look tiles with gentle movement, paired with a restrained but sophisticated palette, helped brighten the space and create a serene, spa-like feel.
Throughout the build, we worked closely with the construction team to problem-solve on site and keep the project on track, delivering the renovation within the agreed timeframe and budget, which was a key priority for our client.
